PROTECTION
Construction guarantees
Guarantee of perfect completion
The builder must repair all defects reported during the handover or within one year thereafter.
Two-year warranty (proper functioning)
Covers equipment that can be separated from the building structure (doors, windows, shutters, radiators, etc.)
Ten-year warranty
Covers damages that compromise the structural integrity of the building or render it unfit for its intended purpose.
Construction Damage Insurance
It allows for the pre-financing of repairs in the event of a disaster, without waiting for a court decision.
